We offer our games through application and/or games stores including, without limitation, the Meta Horizon Store, Oculus Store, the PlayStation Store, Pico and the Steam Store (each a ‘Store’). This requires you to have a Store account to play games, and your use of each Store is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy applicable to that Store (as may change from time to time).

Our website may contain hyperlinks to services owned and operated by third parties. These third party services may have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you review them.  They will govern the use of personal information that you submit or which is collected by cookies and other tracking technologies whilst using these services.  We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party services and your use of these is at your own risk.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy in future, which will be posted on this page. Where appropriate we will notify you of changes through our games.

What data do we collect about you, and why?

We take your privacy seriously. This game does not collect or store any personal or gameplay data beyond what is required for platform functionality.

When using our game on Meta platforms, we request access to the following:

• User ID and User Profile: Used to identify your account and personalize the experience where and when required.
• In-App Purchases: Used to verify and process purchases made through the Meta store.
• Deep Linking: Used to help guide users to specific in-game content when launching from certain links.

We do not collect or use this information for marketing, tracking, or any purpose outside of what's required for core platform functionality. All platform-provided data is handled in accordance with Meta’s privacy policies.

However, if you visit our website and choose to sign up, subscribe, or contact us, we may collect information you voluntarily provide (such as your name and email address). This data is used solely to communicate with you and improve our services.

All analytics data is handled by the platform (e.g., Steam, PlayStation Store, Meta Quest Store, etc.) according to their respective privacy policies.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

We may store the information you give us including your name and email address. These are stored securely on third party servers. We only hold personal information such as address or phone number if you are close friends or business associates and you have provided us this information.

Where you access our games through a Store or third party distribution platform, these third parties may conduct their own analytics. This will be set out in their own respective privacy policies.

The Stores allow us to see sales data and performance of our games. This is made available to us in aggregated form and we are not able to tie this to specific users. It includes sales reports and broad analytics such as regions, game crashes, number of game sessions.
